I'm afraid I have to dispute this, not that I'm trying to cause trouble or offence. The structure covers most of the compound and has 2 or 3 above-ground features besides the one highlighted. For this type of structure, most conventional maps (Ordnance Survey etc) label the compound fence, not the hatch exclusively, a convention seen in most of the other ROC posts tagged on this site. In the same way, by convention a site of any kind comprising several buildings or other structures may have an outline marking the edge of the premises rather than the buildings themselves which would be too difficult to tag individually.

Reduced the polygon to the outdoor outline.

The compound fence is a properly constructed outline and is highlighted by this polygon as revised by myself - it is visible on the aerial photograph if you look hard enough, as is the hatch cover (white dot). It is a physical, extant structure with both underground and above-ground features. There is no way that this could be called a 'non-existent place' and in any case the visibility or invisibility of a site on the aerial photograph is not necessarily criteria for deletion.

Of the mere four conditions, WM has rule "1.2. A place must have at least a properly constructed outline." This clearly fails that condition.

Members of Subterranean Britain at http://www.subbrit.org.uk visit these type of sites and according to them it is still there. It's overgrown now so of course the access door would be hard to see from the air but nine of the eleven I have personally visited are clearly visible.

It's underground, disused, it can't be seen on aerial shot. Having discussed with UL2 I'm deleting this for the third time.
